The NetSecrets Content Delivery Manager holds a great deal of experience in several writing styles - specifically in the unique approach required to maximise the effectiveness of your website copy. We understand that your website should be an expression of your business, and the content is effectively your voice. Our Content Delivery Manager will bear this in mind by working with you to maintain the unique personality that would be inherent as if you had written it yourself.

 Initially we will request any existing content you hold on your business, for example brochures, articles and current web content. The Content Delivery Manager will review this in order to make it "web friendly" as well as compile research into your industry, including those you deem to be the main competition. From this a demographic profile of your intended audience will be compiled in order to make sure the copy has the right tone, this will lead to a first draft. At this point the draft will be submitted for your review, your feedback should consist of what you like and more importantly what you don't like. The Content Delivery Manager will where possible answer any questions and explain why things may have been worded in a certain way, making sure you are completely satisfied with the end product.

In many cases visitors to your site may wish to take information away with them, whether this is to show others your services or simply look over it in comparison to competitors. It is with this in mind that we also offer Brochure Design services. Our Content Delivery Manager will work in conjunction with the Design Team to take the most important elements of your website and combine them into a concise one or two page brochure as a printable takeaway option for prospective clients.

Communication is key to maintain a loyal customer base and the most cost effective way to do this is by email. Why not consider keeping your customers up to date with what is happening in your business, including special offers, news and updates, advice and case studies with a newsletter.
