Fax-to-Email & Voice-to-Email

NetSecrets are pleased to offer two innovative services, fax-to-email and voice-to-email, which are time and money saving communications tools for all types of business from sole trader through to major corporation. Quite simply, for a modest annual fee, we provide you with a telephone number which will receive faxes and forward them as email attachments to your nominated fax-to-email address; an optional second number can enable a caller to leave a voice message which is forwarded by email to your nominated voice-to-email address. You can choose a non-geographic number (0845 or 0870) or a geographic number to match your location (01527, 0121, 0207, etc.).

Fax-to-Email:

This enables you to receive faxes on any device where you have access to your email account. A fax is sent to your fax-to-email number and immediately forwarded as a file attached to an email. You click on the file attachment and it will open on your PC screen. You can read it, print it, delete it, file it or forward it to someone else.

You can also forward your fax email address to any other email address you choose on a day-to-day or even hour-by-hour basis. If you are away on holiday your faxes can be forwarded to a colleague to deal with; if you are out for the day you can have faxes forwarded to your laptop or even mobile phone so you can take necessary actions.

You can have multiple fax numbers without multiple fax machines so Accounts faxes will forward to the Accounts Department’s mailbox and Sales faxes to your Sales Manager’s laptop. As well as getting faxes to the right place you can get away from having the same phone number for phone and fax which screams “home worker” to your prospective clients.

Voice-to-Email:

This allows you to receive voice messages on any device where you have access to your email account. Anyone calling your voice-to-email number will be invited to leave a voice message which is immediately forwarded to you as an audio file attached to an email. You click on the file attachment and it will play on your PC’s speakers. You can listen to it, delete it, file it or forward it to someone else.

You can forward your voice email address to any other email address you choose on a day-to-day or even hour-by-hour basis. So when you are out of the office you can get someone else to deal with voice messages or have them forward to you wherever you are.

You can have multiple voicemail numbers so each person or department can have their own voicemail number.
