Firstly Red|Alert® is a web based application. You access the system via a Red|Alert® secure server and a unique username and password. Your data is always your data. No-one else can access or use it.

To start capturing data from your website we supply you with a simple script to paste into the html on your registration or subscribe pages. This ensures that when a visitor registers on your site, his email address will also be sent to the Red|Alert® system. His details will be added to a group of your choosing.

For all the other email lists you may have, you simply import them into Red|Alert® in a very user friendly way.

Responses to the email messages you send will be directed to an email address of your choice.

Once you have data on the system and have set up your groups you are ready to start sending mass email. Simply compose the message and select the groups you want to receive it. Maybe it's a press release or maybe a special offer - it's up to you. Send as many emails as you want, the price includes all connectivity for the first year.
