Pricing

WorldDirect customers
WorldDirect customers are charged 0.06 GBP per transaction for WorldAlert (including WorldAlert Configurator).

Note: WorldAlert is a mandatory component of the WorldDirect package.

Bank acquired customers
Bank acquired customers (customers who have an internet trading account with a bank) are charged £0.10 GBP per transaction for WorldAlert (excluding WorldAlert Configurator).

Bank acquired customers who have purchased WorldAlert can add on WorldAlert Configurator at £30.00 GBP per month

Note: Bank acquired customers must have WorldAlert to be able to purchase the WorldAlert Configurator

WorldPay Guarantee customers
All charges for WorldAlert are waived for purchasers of the WorldPay Guarantee
